An EU search report citing similar or identical EUTMs will be sent to the applicant upon request (free of charge). The applicant may also request national search reports from some of the EU Member States (subject to a search fee).
If there is no opposition, the registered EUTM will be published and a certificate of registration will be issued.
Provided the formalities have been cleared, and the sign is acceptable as a trade mark, the lists of goods and services will be translated into all official EU languages.
